We have 40 acres just 10 minutes from Canton with friendly dogs, horses and cows. The horse barn was recently renovated to a barndominium January 2020. It's a very unique, fun, and cozy space. We turned our barn into three bedrooms and used the existing stalls as the bedrooms. We tried to keep the character of the original barn. It's a fun space! We put a hot tub in the coral just outside the back porch of the barn. We have a large dining table to seat everyone and a great comfy vintage couch that sleeps one! It is supplied with all the household items you need ... utensils, soaps, shampoo, hair dryers, detergents, kitchen and bath towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, etc. All you have to bring is your bathing suit, toothbrush and paste, food and drinks. WiFi and television service is also provided. Home sleeps 18 comfortably. Your Family or group can use all 5 bedrooms, 2 bunkrooms, 6 and 1/2 baths. Also a private outside shower on the porch has Hot and Cold water. Fabulous custom kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer, two dishwashers, double ovens, microwave, warming drawer, gas stove, ice maker and all the appliances and cookware you will ever need to fix your favorite meals. The large table seats 12 with 4 backed stools at the breakfast bar. The laundry room has a large washer, dryer and another refrigurator. Completely remodeled Lakehouse on Cedar Creek Lake, in Mabank, TX. Located on 1.5 acres, with 383' water frontage, this lot is amazing! Updates include a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, new wooden floors, all new windows and three updated full baths. This home sleeps 13 in beds with lots of floor space for air-mattresses. It includes a king master bedroom with a smart TV, a private bathroom, a large walk-in closet, large soaking bathtub with separate tiled shower, and a breathtaking view of the lake. The second master consists of a king sized bed also with a smart TV, closet, and 3 large picture windows with a view of the lake. The next bedroom is a queen sized bed with its own closet and chest of drawers. Finally, we have a fun bunk bed room that sleeps 5 (4 twin beds and 1 trundle bed) with 2 closets. The kitchen is filled with all updated stainless steel appliances including brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice-maker. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, crock-pot, blender, dishes, a Keurig, and anything else you would need to make meals. There is also a walk-in pantry to store your items and lots of cabinet space if needed. The laundry room is equipped with a brand new full size washer and dryer, and a new stainless steel refrigerator for extra food and beverages. There is room for the whole group in our large and welcoming living area and dining spaces. The living area includes a couch, sleeper sofa, and chairs with a 65" smart TV for all to enjoy. We have two dining spaces. One is right off of the kitchen and sits 6 and a formal dining room with seats for 8. There is also 5 stools around the breakfast bar for more to enjoy. The outdoor patio is covered and is equipped with outdoor seating which includes a love seat, two rocking chairs, a swivel chair with ottoman and a table to set your drinks on. The patio also includes a large picnic table with two benches to seat 10-12 if you want to enjoy a meal outside (there are fans). Outside on the patio is a propane gas grill for burgers and steaks and much more. There is plenty of room on the 1.5 acre lot to enjoy any type of games or activities. This includes a large fireplace on a flagstone deck with 6 Adirondack chairs to sit back and relax! The boat dock has space for 4 sea-doos and one large boat if you are interested in bringing your own or you can rent these on the lake. There is a beach with a gradual incline into the water, or you can jump off the dock into the water with stairs to get back out.
